Course overview
The Certificate IV in Disability Support qualification equips you with the skills to provide essential support across a range of community settings and clients’ homes. This program focuses on empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing. You’ll learn to promote a person-centred approach, work autonomously and take on leadership roles, such as supervising or coordinating a small team.
